What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

Prepare food items for service according to prep lists and manager directions

Ensure consistent quality by following recipe cards and production and portion standards
-
Keep your station clean and sanitized at the beginning and end of each shift, which may include light dishwashing

Support a safe, welcoming dining experience by following sanitation and safety policies
