Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions

• Prepares food of consistent quality using recipe cards and production and portion standards

• Preps, cleans, and sanitizes your station at the beginning and end of each shift, which may include light dishwashing

• Helps protect our guests and the restaurant by following sanitation and safety policies
