What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Line/Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
– Preparing ingredients and following recipes with precision to create consistent, flavorful dishes.
– Working efficiently on the line during service to keep up with demand.
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your workspace.
– Lifting full garbage cans into dumpsters as part of kitchen upkeep.
– Standing on your feet for 4-6 hour shifts while staying focused and productive.
– Collaborating with the team and maintaining a positive attitude, even during busy or stressful times.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with:
– At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
– The ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
– A strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
– Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
– A calm, positive demeanor under pressure.
