Entry-Level Line Cook

Bacaro is looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and looking to build experience in a professional restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily kitchen prep
• Cook menu items according to Bacaro’s recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow proper food-handling and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed
• Learn and follow kitchen procedures and menu preparation

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
