What You’ll Do

The Salsarita’s Line/Grill Cook plays an important role in creating fresh, craveable meals for every guest. You’ll help keep the line moving and ensure orders are prepared correctly and quickly.

• Grill meats and vegetables to the right temperature and consistency

• Fry chips and prepare other hot items

• Complete hot food preparation and support final order assembly

• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

• Keep your station organized, stocked, and ready for rushes

• Work closely with the team to maintain speed and accuracy
