Fine-Dining Mediterranean Restaurant by a Michelin-starred Chef seeks a Line Cook to execute refined stations to Michelin-caliber standards.
 
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of culinary experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, private club, or luxury hotel/resort.
• Strong line-cook fundamentals, knife skills, station setup, sanitation, and recipe discipline.
• Flexible full-time availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Local Palm Beach County or nearby South Florida candidates only; no relocation provided.

 
Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned stations during service with consistency, precision, urgency, and refined standards.
• Prepare mise en place, sauces, proteins, vegetables, seafood, garnishes, and station components.
• Maintain plating, portioning, temperature control, food safety, labeling, storage, and rotation standards.
• Communicate clearly with culinary, stewarding, and front-of-house teams while supporting junior cooks.
