Pay: $19.48 – $21.88/hour
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Full-Time | Dinner Shift (11:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) | Rotating weekends and holidays

What You’ll Do

Prepare, cook, and plate meals that meet Touchmark’s Gold Standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
Deliver exceptional dinner service while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
Assist with food preparation, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
Build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve and experience the impact your work has every day.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a high-volume or professional kitchen.
Passion for preparing exceptional food and delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification after hire.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
