Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design therapy strategies to help them meet their personal goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-supported practices to boost patients’ motor functions, cognitive abilities, and participation in daily activities. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s needs. Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapeutic exercises and strategies to ensure lasting progress beyond the clinic. Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep them on track towards recovery. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized accredited school. Continuing education and postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
