High-Volume Restaurant seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead food quality, prep execution, training, inventory, and sanitation.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional cooking or high-volume prep experience.
• Advanced knife skills and knowledge of hot and cold food production.
• Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen prep, portioning, labeling, and recipe execution.
• Assign prep lists, train team members, and supervise kitchen workflow.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, report shortages, and minimize food waste.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, equipment, and health-code standards.
