Kitchen Manager

Base Pay: $18/hour (Full-Time)
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy kitchen environment? Join the Chick-fil-A Colonial Plaza leadership team as a Back of House Manager, where you’ll lead our kitchen operations with a focus on food safety, quality, speed, and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage Back of House operations during your shifts with urgency, accuracy, and high standards
- Maintain top-tier food safety and cleanliness while keeping the kitchen organized and productive
- Coach and develop Team Members and Trainers through ongoing feedback and accountability
- Execute training plans for new hires and product rollouts, ensuring the team meets Chick-fil-A’s expectations
- Monitor and manage inventory, SAFEs, waste, and labor efficiency
- Collaborate with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team under pressure
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining food safety and brand standards
- Experience in fast-paced kitchens or food production environments
Requirements:
- Availability to work 40+ hours/week including peak meal periods and Saturdays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to lead by example and uphold a high-performance culture
- Kitchen leaderships experience required, previous Chick-fil-A leadership is preferred but not required
