A Back of House/Kitchen Manager helps create an atmosphere that is quick, accurate, but never rushed. They assist in the process of new hire training, keep track of waste, and run an effective and efficient shift including running breaks throughout. We also expect Kitchen Managers to maintain all food safety and quality standards, administer food safety checks, and hold Team Members to all Chick-fil-A and health department exceptions. They are continually working with the General Manager to create an environment that is efficient, clean, and positive for all team members. They’re willing to jump in and help at any moment and are a role model for team members. As Kitchen Manager, your main responsibilities would include:

• Maintain Chick-fil-A quality of food 

• Ensure daily critical are completed as well as ERQAs 

• Ensure equipment and utensils are well maintained and cleaned 

• Assist with scheduling and staffing levels 

• Assist with kitchen team member interviews 

• Train new kitchen team members 

• Hold team to exemplary kitchen cleanliness standards 

• Maintain inventory levels and monitor waste 

• Help develop team members and supervisor through quarterly 1:1
