Las Palapas is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual Tex-Mex kitchen with a drive-through. If you’re passionate about great food, team leadership, and strong execution, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Schedule kitchen staff to ensure coverage for each shift and drive-through demands

Manage ordering and inventory, keeping products stocked and costs controlled

Plating and presentation to maintain high-quality, consistent results

Expo support to keep service moving smoothly and ensure orders are accurate and on time

Maintain consistency with recipes, standards, and kitchen procedures
