Requirements:
- -4+ years of Exec Chef/CDC experience at Mediterranean restaurants
-Previous experience managing 400+ covers daily
-Opening experience ideal, ability to hire kitchen team for new restaurant
-Must have Mediterranean/Italian/High-volume experience
-Ability to lead a team of 15+
