Our client, a highly regarded senior living community, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations and create an exceptional dining experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily culinary and kitchen operations
- Develop menus that are nutritious, creative, and responsive to resident preferences
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop culinary team members
- Manage food purchasing, inventory, vendors, and departmental expenses
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Partner with community leadership to enhance the overall dining experience
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service
Qualifications:
- Proven culinary leadership experience
- Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or upscale dining experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Experience managing teams, budgets, inventory, and vendors
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Passion for hospitality and resident satisfaction
