Culinary Development Director

Aramark is seeking a Culinary Development Director to lead our culinary innovation and menu development activities across all service platforms. This role is pivotal in defining and enhancing Aramark’s culinary standards and offerings, fostering a culture of culinary excellence, and driving client satisfaction in various institutional settings. The Culinary Development Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new recipes, improving existing culinary processes, and leading a dynamic team of culinary professionals. By staying ahead of industry trends and customer preferences, the Culinary Development Director will ensure Aramark continues to be at the forefront of the food service industry. Lead the creation and implementation of innovative and diversified menus across multiple platforms. Conduct market research to stay ahead of culinary trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to ensure menu offerings are diverse and health-conscious. Manage and mentor a team of chefs and culinary specialists. Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and overall performance of culinary operations. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Engage with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality and sustainable ingredients.
