Corporate Executive Chef

Salary – $165K-$175K + 15% Bonus

A leading hotel and resort management company is seeking an experienced and inspiring Corporate Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple properties and concepts.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of Executive Chef experience with multi-unit and multi-concept leadership experience.
• Strong high-volume banquet, catering, and restaurant experience.
• Enthusiastic, approachable leader with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop culinary teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Must be based in Milwaukee or willing to relocate and comfortable with extensive travel.

Requirements:

• Oversee culinary operations across multiple hotel properties, restaurants, and banquet facilities.
• Develop innovative menus and culinary programming while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams across the portfolio.
• Manage food and labor costs, operational standards, and overall profitability.
• Partner with corporate and property leadership to drive culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
