The Position
The Line Cook is responsible for independently preparing hot food items, including entrees, soups, vegetable, sauces, accompaniments, and garnishes for all dining venues and special functions. Coordinates food production during meal service, maintains quality and presentation standards, and assists in training less experienced cooks while ensuring compliance with establish food safety and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities
Must be capable of completing advance food preparation, as indicated by production schedules. Complete temperature logs and production records. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work. Two years’ work experience preferred.
Hours~ Monday-Friday. 11:00am-7:30pm. E/O weekend.
Rate~ $18.02-$21.63.
