Summary
- Experienced catering chef who leads food prep and event execution. Skilled in team management, quality control, and adapting under pressure to deliver excellent guest experiences and seamless catering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead event food prep, coordinate staff, manage supplies, create timelines, ensure food safety, control costs, and handle last-minute changes. Maintain cleanliness, train staff, and assist with setup and breakdown.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in catering, banquet, or high-volume food production. Strong leadership, organizational skills, food safety knowledge, and reliability. ServSafe preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required. Background check required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., move supplies safely, and work in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
