About Us
La Baguette Antojitos is a Bakery Cafe (Pasteleria & Panaderia) in Rockville, MD. We’re creating a warm, welcoming space where guests can enjoy quality coffee, fresh pastries, and Latin-inspired treats. As a new café, we’re looking for motivated team members who want to grow with us, help shape our culture, and be part of something from the very beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Receive and place orders through POS system
- Manage DoorDash and UberEats orders through tablets, and pack orders
- Creating a warm, friendly experience for every customer
- Keeping workstations, equipment, and common areas clean and organized
- Restocking supplies and supporting smooth daily operations
- Working closely with teammates to maintain high standards of quality and service
What We’re Looking For
- Preferably at least 1 year of barista or cashier experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant
- Genuine passion for coffee and eagerness to learn our menu
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Required: Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Speaks Spanish fluently (great to have)
- Latte art skills (great to have)
