What You’ll Do as Our Bakery Store Manager

As the Bakery Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality in every aspect of the store.
• Leading and mentoring the team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
• Managing inventory and supplies to ensure we’re always stocked with the freshest ingredients.
• Ensuring excellent customer service, resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Monitoring store performance, including sales and operational goals, and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards to maintain a pristine and safe environment for all.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with a passion for leadership and a love for the food and beverage industry. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food or retail industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle the fast-paced environment of a bakery.
