A Day in the Life
Your day is focused on creating perfectly frosted cakes that make celebrations extra special. You’ll:
- Follow our signature frosting recipes and techniques
- Create beautiful cakes for display and special orders
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
- Work with a fun team in a sweet-smelling environment
- Help make celebrations memorable for our guests
We Will Teach You:

What You Bring to the Table
- Attention to detail
- Good hand coordination and perform repetitive hand/arm movements
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Reliable work ethic
- At least 16 years or older
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and Stand for extended periods
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work various shifts including mornings
Previous bakery experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right person!
